Who we are
Number Six Services Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (number 16954639) with its registered office at Flat 8, 55 Blackwater Road, Eastbourne, BN20 7DL, United Kingdom, is the data controller for this website. You can reach us at theteam@numbersix.io.
What this website collects
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and every other asset are served from our own domain, so loading a page sends no data to a third party.
There is no contact form on this site and nothing you type here is transmitted anywhere. The only way to reach us is by email, and when you do, your message sits in our mailbox and nowhere else.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used to operate and secure the site.
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use enquiry details for the sole purpose of replying to you and, if we go on to work together, administering that engagement. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for responding to an enquiry, and contract where we are engaged. Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to an engagement are kept for six years to meet UK accounting and legal requirements.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked to hear from us.
Client source code and technical material
Material you share with us for an assessment or project is held under the confidentiality terms of our engagement, kept in an isolated environment, and deleted when the work concludes unless you ask us to retain it. It is never used to train any model or shared with anyone outside the named engagement team.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to theteam@numbersix.io and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
