Contact

Send one email. We’ll take it from there.

No contact form, no ticket queue, no sales team in the middle. Your email reaches the engineer who would do the work, and you get a reply within one working day — usually with a couple of times for a 30-minute call.

If the button opens the wrong mail app, copy the address instead. Either way, four lines is plenty for a first message — what the application is, what it is doing, and when it needs to be right.

What happens next

Three steps, and none of them cost anything

  1. A reply within one working day

From the engineer who would do the work, not an account manager. If it is not something we can help with, we will say so plainly and point you elsewhere where we can.

  2. A 30-minute call

We suggest a few slots that work for UK, European or US East Coast hours. You describe the application and the deadline; we say what we would look at and roughly what it would cost. No deck, no discovery workshop.

  3. A one-page scoping note

If it is a fit: what we will look at, what we will not, what we need from you, and a firm price and duration. Signed as a short statement of work. You are never asked to commit to a project before anyone has read the code.

Hours
09:00–17:30 UK time, Monday to Friday. A defined afternoon window is available to US East Coast clients on Gold support.
Response
New enquiries: one working day. Support clients: per your plan.
Confidentiality
Happy to sign your NDA before anything technical is discussed. Source code is held in an isolated environment and deleted on completion unless you ask otherwise.
Location
Remote, from the United Kingdom. On-site visits by arrangement.

What we will not do with your email

  • Add you to a mailing list
  • Put you into an automated follow-up sequence
  • Pass your details to anyone else

We keep it only to reply to you. See the privacy notice.
